The Kingi Ihaka Research Centre is a kaupapa Māori research organisation advancing Māori expressions of Christianity through decolonising research, community innovation, and culturally grounded leadership.

 

We contribute to Māori health and wellbeing through kaupapa Māori research and leadership initiatives that strengthen cultural identity, enhance community resilience, and promote equitable outcomes across faith, health, and social sectors.

We exist to uplift Mana Motuhake, nurture te reo and wairuatanga, and foster a thriving future for Māori communities of faith.​​
